Health Trainers are trained local people who can help and motivate individuals to make a real difference to their health and well being while understanding how difficult it can be to make healthy choices.
Health Trainers provide one to one practical support to help you set small achievable goals to make healthier choices. Some support can be offered in a group setting to enable you to gain from other people’s experience as well. However, we also offer one to one support if that is what suits you best.
Health Trainers have a wealth of local knowledge and they can signpost you to other local services that may be able to help.
