Pathways is a supportive accommodation project based in N. Somerset.
Pathways provides shared mixed sex houses for individuals to reside in. Pathway clients are also offered move on annexes/flats when they are in a position to live more independently.

As well as providing high quality accommodation options, we enable the individuals we work with to access a variety of supportive organisations depending on their individual needs. We enable this through sign posting and referrals.

Services are accessed from our main office, from the houses our residents live in and within organisations premises that provide supportive services.

Referrals can be made from individuals themseloves or from professionals.
